Dr. Michelle Atchison

Dr. Michelle Atchison is a board-certified ophthalmologist practicing at Eye Consultants of Fargo. She offers a wide range of eye care services, with particular expertise in cataract and lens implant surgery, diabetic eye disease, age-related macular degeneration, glaucoma, and pediatric eye disorders. Dr. Atchison is dedicated to providing thorough and compassionate care, focusing on early detection, effective treatment strategies, and patient education to help maintain and restore vision.

She completed her undergraduate studies at Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, followed by medical school and residency at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. Dr. Atchison is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and holds licenses to practice medicine and surgery in both North Dakota and Minnesota. She is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the North Dakota Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons.

Originally from Litchville, North Dakota, Dr. Atchison now lives in Moorhead with her husband and two young daughters. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, and embarking on outdoor adventures with her family.
