Dr. John Meyer

Dr. John Meyer is an ophthalmologist in Louisville, Kentucky, specializing in laser vision correction, cataract surgery, and corneal procedures. He offers a range of advanced treatments for conditions such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism, and corneal diseases. Dr. Meyer provides comprehensive care including LASIK, PRK, and LASEK, as well as premium lens implants like PanOptix and Toric lenses to help patients achieve optimal vision.

Dr. Meyer completed his fellowship in cornea, external diseases, and refractive surgery at Emory University School of Medicine. He is board certified in ophthalmology and has extensive experience with refractive surgery, having tested the Excimer laser during his training. He is affiliated with Norton Hospitals in Louisville.

Outside of practice, Dr. Meyer enjoys spending time with his family, practicing martial arts and yoga, and working on home renovation projects. He and his family enjoy outdoor activities including boating and camping.
