Meet Dr. Parsha Forouzan

Dr. Parsha Forouzan is a board-certified ophthalmologist with a dual focus in cataract surgery and oculoplastic care. He performs customized cataract surgery using advanced lens options and offers eyelid procedures designed to improve both function and appearance, including blepharoplasty and reconstructive surgery. Patients appreciate his easy-to-follow explanations, attention to detail, and commitment to natural-looking results.

Dr. Forouzan earned his B.S. and M.S. at the University of Houston and his M.D. at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston, where he was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha. He completed ophthalmology residency at UT Southwestern Medical Center and an oculoplastic fellowship there, building expertise in eyelid, periocular, and anterior segment procedures. At Brooks Eye Associates, he collaborates closely with the care team to create individualized plans that fit each patient’s goals. Outside clinic, he enjoys staying active, exploring local restaurants with his family, and speaking medical Spanish to help more patients feel at home in their care.
