About Me
I was born and raised in Golden, Colorado, in a Japanese and Vietnamese household with one younger brother. I attended medical school at Johns Hopkins University and completed my residency training at the University of California, Los Angeles. I moved back to Colorado after completing residency with my Shih Tzu puppy named Dobby. I am very excited to be taking care of patients in my home state.
I am a comprehensive ophthalmologist providing both medical and surgical eye care services. I treat a wide variety of conditions including glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy. My surgical practice is primarily comprised of cataract surgery. I strive to provide personalized and compassionate care. I am friendly and approachable and seek to form a partnership with my patients to help them live their best lives.
I am a firm believer in the connection between a healthy body, mind and spirit. I seek to maintain an active lifestyle through dance, yoga, running and rock climbing.
