Meet Dr. Daniel John Ritacca

Dr. Daniel Ritacca is an oculoplastic surgeon and facial aesthetics specialist practicing in Vernon Hills, Illinois. He earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois, where he received the Alpha Omega Alpha award, and completed his residency at Northwestern University, achieving board certification in ophthalmology. He then pursued fellowship training in Eye & Facial Plastic Surgery at New York Medical College.

Dr. Ritacca founded the Ritacca Laser Center in 1997 and the Vernon Square Surgicenter in 2008, and continues to offer advanced surgical and non-surgical treatments. His expertise includes eyelid surgery, facial fat transfer, laser tattoo removal, and advanced technologies such as Nano Fat Transfer, Agnes RF, HALO, and SecretRF. Dr. Ritacca also provides injectable treatments like BOTOX and Juvéderm, as well as PDO Threads, to help patients achieve their aesthetic goals.
