Dr. Arun Samy

Dr. Arun Samy is an ophthalmologist providing care for patients ages 13 and older at Duly Health and Care locations in Downers Grove, Hinsdale, and Glen Ellyn, Illinois. His approach to care is centered on delivering high-quality eye care with compassion, building trust with patients and their families.

Dr. Samy's clinical interests include cataract surgery with premium and toric intraocular lenses, cornea refractive surgery including laser correction (such as PRK), and the treatment of eyelid lesions. He also provides care for conditions such as dry eye, pterygium, ocular hypertension, eye infections, and ocular trauma. Dr. Samy completed his residency in ophthalmology at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a fellowship in cornea, external disease, and refractive surgery at the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
